Fred's Place is a three bedroom house in the heart of Derby, just a stones throw from the start of the Blue Derby Mountain bike tracks. The house can sleep five singles (or six if there is a couple to share the queen bed).
Two rooms have king singles, and one room has the queen. The beds are new and comfortable.
